Acceptance of Order

Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by Paul Kenton Ltd, subject to your rights of cancellation (see section on ‘Cancellation and Returns’).

It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements and will fit into your home (including product features, measurements, dimensions, delivery and access). Please check these details before placing your order.

Pricing and Payment

All orders are refundable up to 48 hours after your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication on the website, however, if an error has occurred, either party may cancel the order. Up until the time you place your order, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Before we can dispatch your order, we must receive payment in full for all works purchased.

Deposits for works are non-refundable.

Delivery and Shipping

Great care was taken to select all the framing & printing options and processes for the 365 Project. In some cases it can take some time to carefully construct & package your order to the standards set by Paul. Whilst ever effort will be made to reduce the time taken to get you order to you – to give us all required time to process, construct, package and ship your order, please allow for the following times for you to recieve your painting/prints:

• Original Paintings – 3-4 weeks
• Unframed Prints – 2-3 weeks
• Framed Prints – 4-5 weeks

For orders containing multiple items, please allow for the longest processing and shipping time

International customers

Please contact us via Paul’s main website with your requirements. As the rates for International shipping can vary drastically dependent on size, weight & region, we would want to make extra effort to make sure you received a fair price for shipping any orders to you.

Cancellation and Returns

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order in any way after 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order.

You have the right to return the order up to 14 days after delivery, provided it is received in their original condition and fit for re-sale. You should ensure that works to be returned are packaged safely, as received, and that works are returned back to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and should ensure that a reliable delivery method is used.

We make sure that all goods are in excellent condition before dispatching, however, on rare occasions orders can be damaged whilst in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, as we cannot be held responsible for defects after this point. We require that photographs are taken of the damage immediately, and sent to support@paulkenton.com. In these circumstances, Paul Kenton Ltd are responsible for the return postage costs, and we will endeavour to repair and replace your order as soon as possible.
