About "Tuscan Vineyard"

This piece was painted from plein-air sketches I made on an art retreat in Tuscany last year, as a molten sun was setting over a vineyard. I am reminded of sketching this idyllic view with a glass of Chianti wine in hand, as the last warm rays of the day touched my face. I was pretty much as happy as can be!
