About "Summit Haze"
I caught this spectacular view of the alps whilst riding the world's highest vertical ascent cable car, to Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix. From this height, I watched with admiration as people bravely climbed the mountain below us, with a sheer drop either side of where they were stepping. The colour palette of hazy blues and purples gives a sense of the vastness of the mountain range, and the icy air of the shadowed mountain faces.
