About "Apple Core"
Painted live on Instagram, this piece began as a painting of a whole apple. As I ate the apple, I gradually transformed my painting through to the final bite, so that all that remained was the apple core. Altering my painting throughout was a challenge, but I think it was an entertaining process to observe for those that watched the live stream!
