About "Time for a Glass of Wine"
When painting a cafe scene, I like to use the lights radiating from inside and from the surrounding street to enhance the mood, and form an interesting part of the composition. To me, there is something so calming about a cafe scene, as it reminds me of that quiet moment you have to sip a cappuccino or a glass of wine, whilst watching the world go by.
